General Shipping Information
$4.15 Flat shipping rate for all US orders (domestic)
- Sticker-only orders include free shipping and are sent in untracked letter mail unless a shipping upgrade is selected
- Free shipping on US orders over $35
International orders are subject to USPS international rates
Shipping FAQ
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. You'll receive an email from my shop letting you know when your order has shipped.
Why isn't my package moving?
Most likely your package label has been created, but your order hasn't been dropped off yet.
Occasionally packages aren't properly scanned by the post office. This is rare, but it does happen. It usually resolves itself in a day or two once it moves through USPS' network and a tracking update is automatically provided.
Can I change my address?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact me to change it. Please email me the correct address at osocuteclub@gmail.com
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded or replaced. Before ordering, please double check that your address is correct!
Do you ship to *insert country*?
I ship worldwide. There may be exceptions to that answer, but for most countries, the answer is yes.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges are allowed in the following situations:
- An item is defective or arrives damaged
- Your order arrives incomplete or with incorrect items
If this happens, please contact me ASAP.
At this time NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted in other circumstances.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Please contact me if you need to cancel your order.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests are not permitted and your order will not be refunded.
