Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are allowed in the following situations:

• An item is defective or arrives damaged
  
• Your order arrives incomplete or with incorrect items

At this time NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted in other circumstances.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled can be requested within 24 hours.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests are not permitted and your order cannot be refunded.

 

Address Changes

Before ordering, please double check that your address is correct! If your order has not been shipped yet, please email me the correct address at osocuteclub@gmail.com

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded or replaced.
